Planning and Research Fees: All travel planning and research will include a non-refundable fee. This fee covers tailored destination research, customized itineraries, and expert travel advice.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change based on availability and the number of travelers at the time of booking. Final pricing will be confirmed upon booking.
Payment Terms: All payments must be made by the agreed-upon deadlines. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking.
Cancellations:
If the trip is fully paid and no travel insurance was purchased, a $75 cancellation fee will apply.
If travel insurance was purchased, please refer to the insurance policy for cancellation and refund guidelines.
Group Bookings: Group bookings are defined as 10 or more travelers or 8 or more rooms. Pricing is subject to change based on the final number of travelers. Final group pricing will be adjusted accordingly at the time of confirmation.
Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. Insurance provides coverage for unexpected events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and more.
Changes to Bookings: Any changes to bookings after confirmation may incur additional fees, which will be communicated at the time of the request.
